About the Program
New in 2010, Lake County Athletic and Boxing Club is a private boxing program for individuals who want to learn the sweet science of boxing, get fit or lose weight. Small group sessions include shadow boxing, heavy bag work, one-on-one hand mitts and circuit training designed just for boxers. Individuals who continue training and show promise are urged to showcase their talent in one of the countries many USA Boxing sanctioned events for people as young as 9 years old to the masters class at the age of 70 years old.

About the Coach
Coach Larry Lentz has over 20 years experience working with pro and amateur athletes. Coach Lentz has coached, cornered, refereed, judged, promoted and fought in over 500 sanctioned events during his 20 year career.

Cost
$149 per 4-Week Session (1 session per week)
$229 per 4-Week Session (2+ sessions per week)

Boxing participants must have hand wraps and boxing gloves, which
are available to purchase from Coach Lentz or www.ringsideboxing.com
